Lawyer graduated in Law from the Bauru Law School (Toledo Teaching Institution) in 2000, with training in the area of Strategic Intelligence from the Regional School of Community Intelligence – ERCAIAD – Peru, post-graduated in: (i) Police Strategy, by FTF, Special Weapons and Tactics Swat, United States; (ii) Police Strategy by Undercover Tactics and Informant by the DEA – Drug Enforcement Administration; (iii) Post-Graduated in criminology, police investigation, and repression of financial crimes and money laundering by the Higher Police School. Guest Professor at the Higher School of Federal Magistracy of Paraná. Professor of Police Intelligence at the National Police Academy (2018 to 2022) and Speaker at the Training Course in Combating Corruption and Money Laundering of the Ministry of Justice (2019 to 2020).

Partner responsible for the Criminal, Compliance, and Business Intelligence area at Casillo Advogados, he is a former Federal Police Delegate, with extensive experience in the study of criminology and corporate compliance, having worked on various leniency agreements throughout his 20-year career. During his tenure at the Federal Police, he headed several specialized delegacies in combating organized crime, directly involved in nationally relevant cases such as Operation Car Wash and Operation Weak Flesh. Now, in the private sector, he coordinates and manages the office’s criminal cases and advises companies on the organization of internal policies for data management, strategic information, and relationships with public agencies and entities.
