Graduated lawyer from the Tuiuti University of Paraná (2009), holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2002). He is a specialist in Electoral Law, Governance, Ethics, Risks, and Compliance by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and by Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC), technical vice president of the Ibero-American Data Protection Institute, member of the Paraná Institute of Electoral Law (IPRADE), coordinator of the National Governance Commission in the States of the Brazil Governance Network-RGB, member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), the National Internal Control Council (CONACI), the Public Management Control Network, the National Strategy for Combating Corruption and Money Laundering (ENCCLA), and the Editorial Board of the Corporate Governance Magazine (RGC). Speaker and Guest Professor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, at the Center for Studies in Law and Business of Minas Gerais – CEDIN, at the School of Management of the State of Paraná, at the Polis Civita Institute, and at the Institute for Reform of Relations between State and Company – IREE.
With extensive experience in Public Law, he was Executive Legal Director of the Paraná Sanitation Company – Sanepar (2023-2024), State Controller of Paraná (2019-2023), Legal Attorney of Paraná City Social Service (2016-2018), Legal Director of the Coordination of the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba – Comec (2015-2016), and Legal Advisor of the State Government Secretary and Civil House of Paraná (2013-2015), the State Internal Control Secretary of Paraná (2012-2013), and the Paraná State Institute of Technology – Tecpar (2010-2012). He coordinates the Electoral Law Sector of the law firm, where he acts in majoritarian and proportional electoral campaigns, in all stages of the electoral process, both in the advisory and contentious areas.
